Swaddling; missing hunger cues?

Hi, FTM here, second guessing every decision I make as I have no idea what I'm doing!

My LO is 17 days old and her startle reflex is really strong so we've started swaddling her - She's asleep atm and has gone 4 hours without a feed where usually she'd be roughly every 3.5. She's gained her birthweight back and then some so am inclined to let her sleep as long as possible, but I'm worried I'm actually missing hunger cues, as usually I'd go off the fact she had her hands in her mouth!

She's very fidgety when swaddled anyway and is often squeaking or stretching, so I'm finding it really hard to know if she needs anything. Am I supposed to just wait until she cries? Since crying is a late sign I don't want it to get to the point where she is hangry as she's a nightmare to feed!

Any advice would be appreciated!
