My daughter is 16 months and still has 1 feed in the middle of the day, 1 at bedtime and usually 3 feeds in the night.
I am exhausted. I really want to stop but I’m finding it very hard to wean her off. She is incredibly attached to me and no one else can settle her. My husband works away lot and therefore nights are hard and l give in to the feed so that she and I can go back to sleep.
Any advice or tips on how to even begin stopping the breast feeds would be great.

You need to stop. Give a big bottle before bed. If she wakes in the might give a bit of water. She will get used to it.

I can't give advice for during the day because I still feed my 18 month old in the day, but we stopped at night at 11 months - I thought it would be impossible but it wasn't. My husband went in for 3 nights to settle DS and literally after those 3 nights he was sleeping through. He was upset at his first wake where he was expecting a feed but it didn't last long - maybe 20 minutes? My husband just stayed, picked up, cuddled him and eventually got him to sleep with a song, cuddle and some patting. We always stay until he's back asleep and just sit down next to the cot. Why not try this on a Friday - you might be done by Monday!
