This sounds like something I had when I was pregnant. It was absolute agony whenever I got even slightly cold, and as I was pregnant over the winter I spent a lot of time crying with the pain. It really was crippling, I have never felt such pain before. It did go away completely after I had my dd though, and I had no problem breast feeding (did it for 2 years).

Bfcs know about this, bloss, and I come across what I think is probably Reynauds a few times a year...I suspect it is not recognised by healthcare professionals. It can start with breastfeeding, for a few unlucky mothers.
