5 month year old a nightmare to bottlefeed

My daughter refuses to bottlefed unless she is sleepy or asleep. The slightest noise distracts and then point blank refuses to go back on. The other habit she has developed is continually burying her head in my chest after a few brief sucks then opens her mouth again this happens a few times then she gives up.

She has seen a paedatrician as she has always been fidgety on her bottle, gaviscon helped for a while then stopped working. Ranitidine didnt help at all. Doctor I think I was over anxious and just thinks she is not a hungry baby. The problem if she doesnt feed she doesnt sleep and we are in this cycle of her crying I am not sure whether she is tired or hungry.

Any ideas?
