Help! Toddler breastfeeding, I'm pregnant, struggling to cope

Hi everyone. I wanted to feed my 17 month old until at least 2. I've struggled through with it the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, and I'm finding it really hard now. It's not the actual feeding, it's that every time I sit down for a rest she demands it, and I just feel so drained, because if I'm sitting down I'm already tired, and sometimes it honestly feels like she's sucking the energy out of me! We don't really have a breastfeeding routine anymore - she dropped the bedtime feed herself, and sometimes she will ask for it in the morning when she wakes up, which is fine. If she wakes in the night she has a feed, which is also fine. It's just the throughout the day whenever I'm sitting down I'm struggling with - I can't be active all day, I'm just too tired! We do go out several times a day.

I work one day a week out of the house, and the rest of time my husband and I juggle freelancing between us. He has a lot more work on than me at the moment so I'm at home with her most days, and I'm finding it really difficult because of this. Should I wean completely? I feel really guilty at the thought of that. How do I get her to stop asking for it every time I sit down? I've tried wearing non breastfeeding-friendly clothes but she tugs and tugs at them. Sometimes she will accept a dummy instead (she has one for naps) but I don't really want it to become a daytime habit.
