i want to stop breast feeding please help

dd is 7months and i need/want to stop breastfeeding but i have tried everything, changed formulas brought several bottles beakers etc, advice xxx

What's the problem exactly??

Hi i am back sorry dd1 was complaining dd2 was babbling too loud while tv was on...
Ok dd2 7months.. she eats well does not take water easily, and i have sore nipples now she is on them most of the day i know for comfort as she is teething but i just want to give up,

Will she not take a bottle or sippy cup?

No a bottle she gaggs on and a sippy cup or beaker she uses as a teething ring? Can i give cows milk? and do that from a glass? As i have tried several different formulas?

you can't give cows milk as a main drink.

stick to one bottle type and one formula - it can take time
Try her on it every time she needs a feed

Getting to 7 months is very good so don't beat yourself up about wanting to stop

Could you express milk and try getting her used to a bottle with that before introducing the formula?

Hello thank you for advice and posting i have not been able to get on here dd1 has been quite poorly and dd2 teething grrrrr.

I have decided to keep breastfeeding as she is teething and needs it for comfort, i am HOPING that once she is back on solids she will not need so much milk from me.
