Sorry, me again. Breastfeeding 2 and a half year old ds, morning and night, maybe quick one in afternoon. Have noticed periods are much lighter than before pregnancy, they only last 3 days really, but proper periods while they last. Just wondering, as we are not TTC as second dc, could the lighter periods mean I am not so fertile ? Any advice appreciated..

i think you should be able to cocieve but i don't really know. perhaps try putting this in the conception area.

ok. it was just because i was still breastfeeding that my periods were light and i wasn't sure if anyone in conception topic had experienced that...

You are probably just lucky to have lighter periods now, I think a lot of women have better periods after having babies than before, I did. Some don't though.

I have always had light periods (like you describe, anyway), and am ultra-fertile (even now, age 40).

I hope that is the case! Thankyou.
