I thought I was doing rather well getting down to 4 feeds during the day and 1 (this week 2 as she is teething) during the night.

I was demand feeding but since she started eating solids at 6.5 months she has spaced out her feeds naturally one at 7am, another before her nap at 12.30pm, 3.30pm and 6.45pm. Don't think she needs the 3.30pm give her a couple of rice cakes at 3pm and she isn't asking for it yet at 4pm - had tried to cut it out a couple of weeks ago but she wan't ready.

Two feeds only seems very little at this age, is this right? DD doesn't eat breakfast really probably due to night feeds.

She is still on the 91st percentile weighting 20lb 7oz so she is doing well on all this "evil" BM.

HV asked when I was giving up BF as follow onn milk has iron and she may be lacking this as she won't eat much meat yet...

p.s. I started limiting the middle of the night feed at around 6 months to try and encourage him to take more of his milk feeds in the daytime
