I dropped the last feed two weeks ago, with no pain, discomfort or engorgement. But now, I have tenderness behind each nipple. Feels like there is a blockage right behind them. Should I try and express it out? Don;t want to confuse them!

go to doctors , you may need pills to help your milk dry up huni

Really?? Cut down very gradually, and dropped last feed (which was much more of a comfort thing, I think) fairly easily.

I don't think they give pills in the Uk to dry up breast milk. Something to do with too many side effects.

I personally would try and hand express in a warm shower.
