7 month old feeding

Hi all,

Please can someone remind me what a 7month old should eat??

I seem to have forgotten.

Can he now have cold tap water to drink??

Tell me what your lo's were doing at this age. TIA.

As long as you’re in the UK, tap water is fine from 6 months OP.

The NHS have got a list of foods to avoid here. Apart from that anything goes really!
