SEALED TIN OF NUTRAMIGEN hypoallergenic formula 1

hi i was given this by my HV when by ds1 became lactose intollerant after weening off breast milk, it's still sealed would it be of use to anyone - would hate it to go to waste as i know it's expensive

I dont want to start an arguement and I may have this really really wrong & am really sorry if I do but are HV allowed to give out tins of formula?

i don't know, apologies if i have started anything, just didn't want it to go to waste...

I may have it completly wrong. I expect if HV isnt allowed to do that someone will come along & who has a lot more knowledge on it than I do.
