tik tok - I saw you said on another thread that there are side effects to this injection I don't know the name of the injection) that dries up breastmilk.

What are the side effects?

The injection is commonly used in Belgium, I have got a friend who has used it, and had to pay 60 or so euros for it.

belgo, I wanted to quote an academic reference but I don't have the time to search for it, sorry, and my books are packed away at the moment (decorating). However, here's a page on another website with an answer to the question. I have never heard of any drugs being prescribed for women in the UK to dry up milk, apart from after stillbirth, and even that was yonks ago.
