DS 7.5 months feeding from only one side-will i dry up?

My 7.5 month DS has started to want to feed only from one side in the last couple of days. I am a little worried that if he doesnt feed from both sides my left boob will stop making milk, it is smaller in size than my right so I dont know if this has any reflections of what is going on?
I am also 5 months pregnant so am wondering if he just doesnt like the flavour of the left? Is if possible that each boob has a different flavour? Any ideas how to help him get back on the right side or will I be able to manage quite happily feeding off one side? He is very happy on right side & taking lots from it.
I was then hoping to tandem feed so do you think its just a thing he's going through?
Sorry so many questions, I was doing so well with feeding through the pregnancy & so so want to continue.

Don't know why ds is favouring one breast over the other, but I do know it often happens. If you want to keep the milk supply going on the neglected side, you will have to express, unless or until ds decides to take from it again.

You got pg 2 months post partum when you were bf?? Were you supplementing? Or was baby a champion sleeper?

no, excl bfing, he was also champion sleeper!!!

And btw you are doing well to bf during pg, and there's no reason why you shouldn't continue.

Have you tried expressing from the neglected breast? Any joy?

I got him to feed from it this morning for 45 minutes!!! I kept trying yesterday but he only spent about 20 minutes in total on it but was really pleased this morning when he decided to tuck in & not fidget till the other boob appeared!!

As with many bf probs, it's sorted itself out.

Bf + pg sounds like hard work to me. Hope you're putting your feet up lots, Mush4brains.

Gosh I wish I had 4 brains. I'd be so clever.
