want to break this cycle

Hello. I have an almost 3 year old and am 12 weeks pregnant. DS was fully breastfed until he was 14 months. When he started nursery he kept getting ill so I'd feed him for comfort before bed.
This has now become a habit and at almost 3 he's fed most bedtimes. I want to break this cycle as I'm tired due to being pregnant again and really can't be feeding a toddler and a baby!

If you’re just doing the bedtime feed and you want to stop, have you got someone to put him to bed for a few nights while you go out?

My fiance puts him to bed and he cries so much I give in and feed him. Do I need to be stricter?

Can you not get a special cup and offer cows milk and a mummy cuddle to start with. Then change the mummy cuddle to df doing the cuddle. Let him choose the cup and say its a special night time cup for big boys??
