I have been breastfeeding for 4 months now, and loving it. Except for 1 thing - my supply in my right boob is so much better than from my left. This is resulting in my right being an E cup, and my left a C cup.

I am trying to encourage my left one to produce more by feeding from it first, and putting ds to it at the end of a feed too, but to no avail..

I used to take advantage of it and express the surplus, but surely that will encourage my left one to get bigger still?!

What can I do to get them the same size? Express off the left?
Help! I am so lopsided it is NOT funny!!!

I found this happened to me, but my boobs did even out.
Maybe someone can give you some advice.

Bumping, as this is happening to me!

I would say my left is a generous D cup, and my right is an average C (wasn't very big to start with )

I'm putting ds (6 wks old) to the smaller first at every feed, expressing etc to try and even things up.

He's gaining weight really well, and both sides are producing milk, so shouldn't really complain, but its a pita being lopsided!

I used to be constantly lopsided in first 3 months with ds - as he would feed exclusively from one boob each feed resulting in a limp balloon/zeplin effect each time very annoying and uncomfortable but have evened out to a DD each side now (still rather large but dh seems happy!). my boobs evened out after 5-6m mark but I cont. to bf well into 2nd year.
