I am considering going to one this lunchtime, just to get out of the house basically! What sort of thing goes on, is it just a coffee morning with norks, or is it more cerebral? I have no idea what to expect!

Also, my DS2 is nearly 10 months, will it be full of tiny newborns? Will we look like a pair of lonely freaks?

I've not been to mine for ages now because its on a day I work.
There were newborns upwards the eldest there were about 2.
Help, support and chats from other mums, a midwife and health visitor.
Coffee provided, we could bring our lunch if we wanted.
Toys, books and playmats were out for the children.
