Seem to have picked up tummy bug from DD1 - presume I can keep BF?

I know that it's OK with colds, flu etc as you pass on antibodies/immunity. But DD1 has had this tummy bug for over a week (had to send off stool sample today - ick), and now I've got it. DD2 seems just fine, so I guess there's no problem with continuing to BF?

I had very severe sickness & diarrhoea (24/48 hour type of thing) whilst breastfeeding DS. The doctor came out to see me and he prescribed 2 types of medication and it didn't affect me breastfeeding (I just felt like death whilst doing it).

Thanks for that! It's not a nasty D&V type bug, just D - and no other symptoms. V weird, but bearable!

Yep, been through it myself, I think you have to have the ficking plague before you are forced to stop I'm afraid.
