Does the milk flow change when bf? 3 week old feeding for shorter length of time now.

Just curious. Might be a one off but noticed DS is not feeding for as long as before. Feeds used to last anywhere between 20-40mins with a breast swap. Now he is only doing about 10min and sometimes doesnt want a breast swap. Is that just because my milk is full flow now? Breasts feel very full most of the time. Still as many feeds in the day and comfort suckles most of the night but defo shorter past few days. Plenty of wet and dirty nappies

And they kinda leaky....

DS also started to be abit sicky after feeds. Like hes gorged

Yes babies can get much more efficient at feeding so need less time per feed.
