Item about gotillas in the Times today...

... had absolutely chuff all to do with breastfeeding but the photo accompanying it had a gorilla breastfeeding with the caption "but they don't choose formula milk". Fabulous. Especially as the accompanying article did not mention feeding infants at all so the caption was completly irrelevant

gotillas?? I really must change the batteries in my cordless keyboard...

Havent read the article at all, but what came to my mind was a (probably rather irrelevant) fact I heard once about a gorilla in a zoo who wasn't doing very well at feeding her new baby, so the zookeepers got a bunch of breastfeeding mothers to sit outside the gorilla's enclosure feeding their babies. And the gorilla mother got the hang of it!
