Bleb?

Feeding has been painful on one side for a while now, a couple of weeks maybe. I put it down to the teeth my 10MO had gained but I noticed this white lump on my nipple. A quick google search tells me that this is a Bleb.
Fun word.
Does anyone know how to shift it please?
(Would rather not have to sick a needle into my nipple unless I absolutely have to)
TIA

It's excruciating but I flannel them off or pick them off. Soak in a warm bath and or apply oil first. Then you have got to express until the milk is free flowing rather than toothpaste.
It really has to go!
