Your favourite fenugreek product?

I want to try fenugreek to increase my milk supply but don't know what form to have it in. What's your favourite fenugreek products to help with supply?

I took capsules from Holland & Barrett. They don't taste great (and smell quite strong) but I just swallowed them with water.

I actually still have a sealed bottle of capsules I never got round to using - I offered them for free on my local Mums Facebook group but had no takers. If you're in the U.K. I'd be happy to send it to you. (I also have an opened bottle that's half full but figured no one would want a stranger's half-used bottle of capsules - if I'm wrong happy to send that too though haha).

The capsules were fine. Drink fennel tea too.

I take the seeds - spoonful in the morning and night washed down with water. Works a treat and very cheap too. You can get a big bag in Asian shops for couple of quid.
