What age did you switch from formula/growing up milk to regular cow's milk?

I put DS onto SMA Red (6 months-2 years) as I didn't think his diet was great. That must have been around 9 months (was BF too). He's still on it and he was 2 a month ago as his diet still isn't great - HV said to take him off it but I'm not so sure. Although it's up to 2, I'm sure it's better for him to have it full of the vits and nutrients and iron, than cow's milk which has a lot less. I'd keep your DD on formula/growing up milk until she's at least 18 months, depending on her diet maybe?

have switched at 12 months exactly. The follow on milk and growing up milk are really well marketed
