Blocked duct when finishing feeding

Did my last feed last week, was down to just once a day at that point. Think I've now got a blocked duct-lump and painful on one side.
Do I leave it and hope for the best or do I need to dig out the pump and try expressing to clear it?

I'd definitely suggest trying to clear it as chances are it won't clear itself, and leaving it puts you at risk of developing mastitis.

Even hand expressing can help!
