Days & nights mixed up

DS is 4m and is waking up every 2hrs in the night to feed and barely feeds at all in the daytime I just don't get it, and don't know how to reverse it!

He is EBF and I offer the boob as often as possible in the day, but he's just not interested, it's bizarre. He also only has a few very short naps (30mins).

Help! I just don't know what to do!

Why do you want to reverse it? It happens for a reason!

Sometimes at 4 months there is so much going on in the daytime and they are so much more alert and interested in everything that they make up for the daytime feeds when it's nice and quiet overnight

I think it's pretty obvious why you'd want to reverse it.
My baby is threatening to do this. At the moment I'm trying to make sure she gets at least a couple of proper feeds in the daytime in the dark bedroom, limiting her nighttime feeds to two if I can but making sure she takes as much as possible on these occasions. Not sure if it's making a difference so would love to hear any other tips!

I have no issue with night wakings/feedings for whatever reason (food/comfort/etc) and we bedshare to make things easier for both of us. BUT there is a limit to anyone's sleep deprivation, and I have a 3.5yo DD who needs me too.

Everyone around me is telling me to give a bottle or two of formula in the day because he's just not interested in the boob. I've tried pumping, but just don't have the time to pump more than one bottle a day, which doesn't touch the sides! Argghhhhh
