Is it possible to wash, sterilize and re-use these.

I don't know whether you're supposed to or not, but I did a few times, using cold water sterilization method. Quite hard to get clean though, I found!

Wouldn't have thought so. I do use them but I don't have the box or leaflet. If you wash them in very hot soapy water (if they can take it) and allow to air dry they might be ok.

I say that based on a thread months ago about the theory you don't need to sterilise bottles etc if you clean/dry as above. Someone started a thread and it included advice from a consultant paedatrician (I think) who worked in special care baby units (and thats the method they use). Can't remember full details but it was interesting.

I found they weren't very strong, and sometimes leaked so they might not survive!

i found some cheap 4 oz bottles at Boots and used those for storing milk as disposable storage bags were becoming too pricey. the bottles are easier to wash than bags too.

an advantage was that they also fit the ameda lactaline breast pump.
