Help! 7mo and I have caught a vomiting bug and have been ill since yesterday afternoon. Both slightly better now but I'm still struggling to keep anything down, she is now at least feeding (last night was really difficult for us both) but still vomiting.
I'm really worried about my supply, my left in particular feels very soft and she keeps pulling off and complaining like there's not enough milk.
What can I do to make sure I have enough milk for her? I'm trying to stay hydrated but it's hard as I'm still vomiting, and apart from a small piece of toast this morning I haven't eaten since yesterday lunchtime.
