Should I give my baby FORMULA ??????????????

Booby has asked me to ask u girls for some help, shes got very bad sinus pain last 24hrs , needs meds , is sudafed or sinatab a NO GO with BF ??????? Should she give formula for 24hrs and take meds or express and dump or suffer ?

Or any alternative ideas please ?

she has no access to pc til later.

Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed, Actifed)

L3 (moderately safe) for acute use
L4 (possibly hazardous) for chronic use due to potential for decreasing milk supply

I think this implies it's Ok for one-off use but not for regular use as it can dry the milk up.

Sinutab also containes pseudoephedrine.

i have just had sinitus and sudafed adn the like made no difference. I got antibioltics for it.

Sure I took sudafed while bfeeding.
