Just heard on radio...

they are talking about breast cancer and mastectomies.

one woman who rang in is pregnant. she has breast cancer and is having a double mastectomy 2 weeks after her baby is born. she wants to bf for those 2 weeks.

was in tears for her. her strength was amazing.

i heard this too and thought she was remarkable, in fact all of the women who phoned in were positive and level and brave individals who had survived and were getting on with it. Inspirational, puts any of our problems into perspective, don't you think?
