Hi,

I gave up bF last wednesday and boobs have hurt like anything. Stopped hurting now but they are still hard and sometimes leak - how long does this last?

Sounds sad, but they really feel lumpy, which i am sure is just the effects of BF, but will start worrying if they do stay lumpy for ages!

ANy advice?

xx

if you are anything like me you will be over teh worst of it. Your body cottons on pretty quick and then it seems to go in a matter of hours.

Others may have different experience but sounds exactly as I remember.

mine are not lumpy - I think that is all the milk ducts you can feel, once there is no milk they will feel 'normal' again.

take a sage tincture to dry up the milk completely OR eat fresh sage and this will help dry up the milk naturally

Sage tincture would dry it u in no time at all

Hi Kathryn,

If you click on the link "Sage" it will take you to a company that sells them.

Sage Tincture is just a very potent form of the herb Sage... Which naturally drys up breastmilk.
