LOL. I am just getting into the realms of all this with ds who is almost 15months.....

Not qualified for the extended BF club yet (DD only 12 weeks), but was discussing the revised 6month solid food advice with MIL over Xmas:

Me: "Yes, they now say its best to wait until 6 months before weaning a baby".

MIL: (looks a little shocked)"well I did work with somebody who left it till 12 months"

Me: "Thats a little long - most people have introduced solids by then"

MIL: "Oh I don't know about solids, but she was still BREASTFEEDING!!!!!!".
