My 4 month old DD has pretty bad eczema. It seems that dairy can often be a cause so I'm trying to eliminate it from my diet to see if there is an improvement. Can someone advise me on how to do this effectively? I've cut out milk, cheese, yoguart. All the obvious things but do I need to cut out things that have dairy in them? ie chocolate. Also, what about butter? I haven't actually cut that out, should I? (Please say no!) Many thanks
