Is it ok to wean 9 month old?

Dd (9m) only feeds at night as I went back to work a couple of months ago.
She is extremely hard to put to sleep at the moment, screams and moves around for ages if she hasn't fallen asleep while bfeeding.
Am I right thinking that it is time to wean her to get her to sleep through the night and learn how to go to sleep without milk?
Or do any of you think 9 months is too early?

I honestly think you need to do what you want to do, not what anyone else suggests. Whichever decision you cokme to, you are the one who has to live with it 24/7
