Change in breastmilk supply

Hi all, I went back to work at the start of March and Iv noticed a huge drop in supply. I pump on my lunch hour and it takes 30 mins to get 1oz to 1.5oz. Before if I squeezed my nipple milk would shoot right out but now it just trickles. Is there something wrong or is this ok? Baby is 8.5 months old with breastfeed at 7 am 4.30pm and 6.30pm and on demand at weekends

This sounds normal. It's your supply adjusting downwards and not storing loads between feeds. Very well-established BF works like this, in the way you are experiencing. The milk is made pretty responsively on the spot, so you have milk there when it's needed.

Thanks!
