please could anyone advise!
good friend has started taking citalopram 4/5 days ago and now feels supply is suddenly dwindling.
Could this be possible?
Anyone had the same?
Her baby is 8 weeks old and she really wants to keep feeding her but is panicking that she will not have enough milk.

Unlikely - I have just checked in latest edition of Hale and there are no studies showing a lessening of supply, but that doesn't mean it would not have this effect on an individual mother. The studies look at the effect on the baby of the milk, as far as I can see, rather than anything else.

Your friend might need to consciously increase the frequency of the baby's feeding, if she feels there is an effect.
