Any ideas on how to keep milk warm during a feed?

I've just started trying to give DS (8wks) expressed breastmilk from a bottle. After a bit of trial and error I've found a bottle that he will take, the problem is he only takes a small amount before refusing the rest.

I think I've worked out that it's because he likes the milk really warm and as it cools during the feed he no longer wants it (if i offer him a second freshly warmed bottle then he will accept it).

So, any thoughts on how I can keep the milk warm during the feed?

HVe you thought about maybe increasing the rear size so he's drinking more?
