How to heat up expressed breast milk out and about?

DD2 likes her milk very warm, and the 'teapot of hot water in the cafe' just isn't cutting it for her, leading to much wastage of precious EBM. Any suggestions?

PS I do BF out and about but she has her mid-morning feed as a bottle as this is the childminder's feed and I want to keep that routine Smile

How do you do it at home? (I always stand it in hot water just the same as a cafe would!)

Tommee tippee do a great thermo flask bottle warmer which keeps the water really hot almost as if you've just poured from the kettle. I've often used it a couple of hours after boiling it and left the bottle in too long and had to then cool it down again.

How old is she? She might be ok without the routine? My 1 year old feeds on demand from me in the day for 4 days and has cows milk when I'm at work from a sippy cup without any problems. It might be easier just to feed her and she might have no problem with that.
