I stopped breastfeeding about 2 months ago after exclusively feeding for 14 months. I stopped slowly and wasn't engorged.
All the time I was feeding I had on off pain in both breasts but now both are really tender if you press at the sides and I keep getting random really sharp shooting pains??
I don't think it's an ill fitting bra causing it as they are so shrunken now they barely need one!
I never had this pain last time I stopped feeding so not sure if I should be worried??
Thanks in advance if anybody has any suggestions?
