Help baby stopped bfing boobys very painful!

My ds has decided enough is enough on the bf front. I've been combination feeding him from 6 wks he's now 15 wks.
My boobs are painful! Any tips to help?? When will this stop?!?!

Have you got a pump? You need to express a bit of milk, gradually reducing the amount so your supply reduces otherwise you risk getting an infection. If you haven't got a pump try hand expressing in the shower.

Express just enough to take the edge off and gradually reduce the amount each time you express. The Kelly mom website has some advice on it.
