Fewer symptoms when pregnant and breastfeeding?

I am worried cos I don't have that many pregnancy symptoms (9wks), but I am wondering if it is because I am still breastfeeding. The biggest difference is that my boobs aren't very sore - only if I press them hard! Please reassure me that I haven't had a missed miscarriage or something tho I know you can't know that

Could well be. I'm bfing too and I was convinced this time I had a missed m/c. (I haven't btw - the scan showed that). My ms is nowhere near as bad as last time (i.e. I actually get days when I feel OK) and nor is my tiredness. And my boobs hardly hurt at all. Why not have an early scan to reassure yourself? We paid £65 and considered it worth it.

Me too, no sore boobs at all and less tiredness too. Had bit of MS though
