9wk old bad tummy ache....Should I use comfort milk?

I have 9 week old twins and my boy gets bad tummy ache at every feed. He will burp but gets bad tummy and hasn't done a poo since yesterday .I've used dentinox,gripe water and now of infacol infacol.....they all make him burp but do nothing for tummy ache. I use colic massage throughout the day but doesn't seem to provide any relief for him. Was thinking of using comfort milk....any suggestions? I also have a gp appointment today. Xx

How are you feeding him now laaloo?

They've been mixed fed since birth but going full formula in the next few days. This all started with his tummy before I started introducing more formula x

A few things may be causing it, has anyone mentioned tongue tie?

Forgot to say, my DSIL put dentinox in the bottle and that seemed to help
