My baby is 1yr old and still having a bottle around every 3hrs and she is on cows milk.

She has gone longer between bottles since the milk change, but not a great deal.
The thing is she uses her bottle for her naps she doesn't fall to sleep on them though.

this is her routine:
6am morning bottle
8-8.30 breekie
9am bottle then nap
12 dinner then bottle (would like to drop)
2-2.30 bottle for nap
3.30-4pm tea then bottle (also wanna drop this)
6.45-7pm bedtime bottle

any ideas would be fantastic

Maybe try increasing the cups of juice/water she has. Replace the milk with juice. That is what I did with ds who is now 4 but back then. It depends on how much milk she drinks, ds now dislikes milk and only has it with cereal in the morning, but he was just like your dd. He got used to not having the milk sorry have no other ideas for you.

You coudl try offering a different drink with the meal and then distracting her in between, perhpas offering fruit instead if she seems peckish. How much is she having at a time ? If the bottles are small and her appetite otherwise good, don't worry too much. dd will still have up to 4 or 5 a day but they are 100ml max and she often forgets if we are out.
