I think you just go very very slowly, as mine has been weaned he's slowly cutting down on his own and i haven't had any problems. You can express a little to relieve the pressure but not a whole feeds worth IYKWIM, if it gets really bad, and that should help. I'm sure someone who's done it quicker will be along soon. Also you could try the cold cabbage leaves in your bra, worked wonders for me!
