Rules for cleaning / sterilising pump and bottles - one week old DD2

I'm should remember the rules from dd1 Blush but don't think I started expressing til she was quite a bit older. I've come across some info saying hot soapy water is enough but is this okay for a v newborn? What do people do in general? I have a Medela swing and the little Medela bottles.

I'm not planning to give a regular bottle till she is older but am hoping to have a few glasses of wine at a dinner next week so planning to express a couple of bottles-worth for the night Smile

If it's breastmilk then got soapy water is fine or, if you have one, bung them in the dishwasher!

You can also have a couple of glasses of wine and still breastfeed!

I used to sterilise my pump and bottles (I used to pour milk from the pumps bottles into other bottles to feed from if I wasn't freezing it). I had a microwave steriliser that you could just shove everything in and microwave for 4 minutes so it was very easy. My friend who exclusively expressed would put the entire pump and bottles "made up" in the fridge so use the whole set up for two pumps three hours apart.
