So those who breastfeed to 6 months, what then?

Do you replace all breastfeeds with formula? Or were you mixed feeding before 6 months? Just curious - had planned to stop at 6 months, but now I am here, fairly sure I can't be arsed sterilising and making up feeds after doing without it til now. Wondered why people stop now, when if you go til 12 months, they can have cows milk..

Another lazy cow here DD1 self weaned at 12 months, DD2 is 10 months and shows no sign of stopping. DD2 also refuses to drink from a bottle or sippy cup but sucks from DD1's cup with a straw (the large Tommee Tippee one).

yep, I just carried on (and on and on ....)
I wouldn't waste my money on formula tbh. bf gets so much easier as time goes on.

Planned to go on forever but, I stopped due to sudden arrival of large teeth ! Went cold turkey, not nice but valued my nips!

He did the starvation diet for 2 days until he gave in and accepted Aptimil from nuby bottle from DH.

dd1 fed for more than three years and never bit me once.
she valued the source too much I think - smart girl
