22weeks 3days breastfed in public for first time!!!!

Always thought I would b.feed in public, but when baby arrived she was tiny and mikfilled boobies were massive :(
Couldn't master the art of b.feeding discreetly and it saddened me. Today a situation in a restaurent arose - leave or b.feed. just went for it and it went well! So pleased :)

Well done, the first time can be daunting, now you have it over you will know you have it done once so won't be as anxious next time you are out and about,

I remember when I didn't for the first time when DS was 11 weeks old.

I was in a ridiculously busy GP surgery, the waiting room was heaving because two of the GPs were running late. DS started crying for a feed and after ten minutes of trying to console him I knew I had no option but to feed him in view of everyone in the waiting room. I had a little old lady in the chair to my right and a middle aged man in the chair on my left. It was very difficult in terms of space (seeing as we were wedged between two people) but I had no option.

Sod's law, two minutes into the feed and I got called through. DS understandably went mad when I unlatched him and so when I got into my GPs room I had to just get my boobs out and feed DS during my consultation

I'm so glad it went well for you, hopefully it will get easier every time now
