DS is now 3, sleeps in his own bed, but always wanders in at 4 am ish for a feed and cuddle, then when he wakes up and is drowsy he wants a feed to keep him asleep. He goes to sleep at night without a feed but would still have one if he could ifyswim.
Any clever advice to end this? I am so far into sleep I barely notice him now but getting sick of the dead arm where he has been lying on me in the morning and it would be quite nice to wake up on my own!
