How many poos a day for 4 week old ebf baby?

DD is going alot

Mainly sharts (wet farts) but she does several of these in one go, several times a day. She has just done 4 wet farts in a row? So all in all one massively filled nappy if that makes sense.

I don't remember DS being like this?

At least two. There's no maximum number.

Things often slow down around week 4 or 6. But for some babies they don't.

How are things going, generally?

Mine was a bit like this- pooed several times a day. It reduced as she got older and now at almost 5 months it's once a day or even up to 2/3 days.
Mind you they are not pleasant to change and I dread using the baby carrier when she's "loaded"!

DD did at least 6 a day at that age. Didn't really slow down until about 8 weeks I don't think.

Things are fine. Baby feeds well, has wet nappies (not every nappy is a poo) and she is even giving me a few hours at night. She hasn't been weighed for a while bit only lost 20g of birth weight and had gained 9oz between say 5-12.

No concerns although she is a bit of a sicky baby. Not every feed mind but she does have a proper spew sometimes

I guess every babies different. My LO is 12 weeks and she has around 10 dirty nappies a day plus lots of wet ones.
