Wow! How can something so small and so beautiful produce this?! They're loud and the stink could clear a room... Anyone else gagging along with me?

Haha, my nearly 4 week old is the same, we don't have the smell but the noise is horrendous, my partner has just said now that she has done the loudest fart! Very lady like!!
