Well, miracle boy turned 2 the other day.
Both he & I have absolutely loved bf, but to my horror, I am noticing friends. & family making wee digs about giving up.
I don't do this in front of any of them, btw.

I am a 45 year old woman ffs & won't be bugged or influenced onto doing anything with this child, but actually WHO recommends till aged 2 I think. So happy to stop as it no longer offers the health benefits I suppose.

He is happy with cup so that isn't an issue.

Ds 1 seemed himself but this fella loves it so don't think that will happen.

So how to start? What's the plan????

Thanks!

Do do never offer never refuse at the moment? Does he BF at particular times? TBH for older baby/toddler I have found it easiest to not be around for a few days/ a week and then come back and say there's no milk anymore if they ask. Obviously not an option for lots of people, but with DC2 I just went to my sisters for a bit when he was going to bed (that's when he used to feed most commonly) and then when he finally clocked I told him there was no more milk.
