And I have a lumpy right breast as dd hasn't fed from it since early this morning! She only had one side at bedtime. Is this what happens when you cut down? Really don't know what I'm doing!

Watch out for blocked ducts. If you need to express, only do enough for comfort otherwise your boobs will think you need more milk. Warm shower and a massage can help ease blockages. (Advice all been picked up from a bf group I follow) Smile

Can't find breast pump as haven't needed it since she was a new born...not sure if I should try hand expressing which I've never done and I'm a but nervous of...or go in and wake her up a little just to feed. But that could go wrong!

Savoy cabbage in your bra helps for comfort, and I believe there's a chemical in it that helps reduce milk supply too.
